Market notesIf someone is looking for good public schools, typically they will be out west in Newark communities. This is correct for Broward County and Miami Dade county. Although there are some exceptions, Bayshore elementary in Fort Lauderdale is a rated and on the East Coast. Shenandoah elementary is also A rated and on the eastern side. Private schools are all good. Walkable neighborhoods are Midtown Miami Brickell, downtown Miami, Coconut Grove Realtor lower Edgewater. These all have access to the Metro rail and the Metro mover. Everything else pretty much needs a car although the bright line connects everything that’s more for distant travel, not local travel.
Broward County the only walkable neighborhood would be Las Olas area Of Fort Lauderdale and Wilton manors. Lauderdale by the sea is also quite walkable.
